1. Why is it better to book on our website?

Because you will take advantage of some privileges such as best price guaranteed, free Mini bar, free upgrade when it’s possible, late check out until 12:30 and a free smartphone to bring with you around the city.

  1. What does the price shown on the facility website and on the Online Travel Agencies include?

The price shown includes the room of your choice for the length of your stay, it does not include additional services and tourist tax (€ 3.50 per night per person).

  1. What’s the cancellation policy?

If the reservation is cancelled up to 3 days before the arrival, the facility will charge 30% of the amount. If the reservation is cancelled 3 days or less before arrival you will be charged the total amount.

Payment methods are credit cards, cash or wire transfer

  1. What credit cards are accepted?

Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card, Discover, Jcb, Diners, Maestro, Union Pay, Maestro, Unin Pay, Card Bleue, Card Bancaire

  1. What’s check-in time?

The check in time is by appointment and it’s possible to do it 24 hours a day: it’s free from 10:30 am to 7 pm and  it’s about €20,00 from 7pm to 10:30 am.

  1. What’s check-out time?

The check-out time is at 10:30 am. If agreed during check-in, you can also check out late for an extra charge of € 30 up to 5pm, and € 50 up to 8pm.

  1. Can I leave my luggage?

Yes, we can look after your luggage, but you have to tell this to us at check-in time.

  1. How does reception service works?

The receptionist will be at the facility from 10:30 to 13:30, from Monday to Saturday. For any request/need outside of those hours (or on Sunday) you can contact us (messages and Whatsapp) at the following number: +393936084019 or you can message us on our Facebook page.

  1. Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are allowed but you have to inform us about it. To bring your pet there is an additional cost of €30,00 per night.

  1. Are Sheets and towels available in the room?

Yes, every room is equipped with all linen necessary for a comfortable stay.

  1. Are bathroom accessories available?

Yes, every room is equipped with shower gel, body milk, hairdrayer and courtesy set.

  1. Is there free Wi-fi?

Yes, Wi-Fi is free in each room.

  1.  Is the Wi-Fi connection fast?

Yes, it is.

  1. Do you offer transfer service to / from the airport?

Yes. The facility can provide transfer service from and to the airport (FCO,CIA), just let us know your flight info. A black Mercedes-Benz and the driver will wait for you at the exit with a sign with your name on. The cost of this extra service is about €50,00 for 2/3 people and €80,00 for 4/8 people, to be paid in cash (+€5,00 supplement for night rides from 8 pm to 8 am).

  1. Are the room suitable for people with disabilities?

No they aren’t.

  1. What floor is the facility?

The facility is on second floor of an historic building with elevator.

  1. What languages does the facility staff speaks?

Our staff speaks italian, english, spanish and french.

  1. Is parking available?

We do not have a parking structure but Street parking is available inside the blue lines. The hourly rate is  €1,00 or  €4,00 for whole day.
