Elegant apartment located on the third floor of a monumental building with an elevator (Palazzo Giorgioli). The apartment that houses the apartment is very beautiful, offering large, well-organized spaces with 5-meter high ceilings and 9 large windows that flood every space with pleasant natural light. The apartment also has a lovely balcony with a small table, two chairs and many flowers, where you can relax while enjoying the rooftops, sky and sun of Rome, falling even more in love with the Eternal City.
The apartament
The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 people and consists of an entrance hall, a living room with a large TV set a sofa bed and a queen-size bed, a bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and bidet, a balcony overlooking the dome of Santa Maria Maggiore, a walk-in closet, and a kitchen-living room. Specifically, guests will find the following accessories in the house: coffee maker, kettle, pots and pans, heating, ceiling fans, bed linens, towels (changed every 3 days), iron, crutches, shampoo, shower gel, hand cleanser, hair dryer, first aid kit, smoke and gas detector, and fire extinguisher.
Access for guests
Guests can enter the palace using a code and into the apartment by opening a safe located on the door where there is a key; therefore, access is possible at any time of the day or night. The splendid palace that houses the apartment was designed by the famous Architect Busiri Vici, it is equipped with an inner courtyard with lush evergreen plants and a grand marble staircase with an elevator.

The apartment is located on the Esquiline Hill, one of the seven hills on which ancient Urbe was founded , from which you can enjoy the beneficial breeze of the city of Rome, the Ponentino. Rione I Monti hosts not only the Colosseum and the Imperial Fora, among others, but also the most fervent life and is full of nightclubs, bars, restaurants, stores and little stores where one can unearth every delight. In addition, close to the apartment is the subway and just a few minutes away is Termini Station.

Transfer service for a fee:
There is a transfer service to and from the airport (FCO / CIA or Civitavecchia port), please let us know your flight reference. A professional driver will be waiting for your arrival at the exit, with a sign indicating your name. The cost of this extra service is approximately € 70.00 for 2 or 3 persons and € 85.00 from 4 to 8 persons, to be paid in cash to the driver (in the event of an overnight transfer- from 8:30 pm to 6:00 am there is an extra charge of € 10.00). The transfer from the port of Civitavecchia costs 170 euros the car, 190 euros the van each way.
