What does the price shown on the facility website and on the Online Travel Agencies include?
The price shown includes the room of your choice for the length of your stay, it does not include additional services and tourist tax (€ 3.50 per night per person).

What’s the cancellation policy?
If the reservation is cancelled up to 3 days before the arrival, the facility will charge 30% of the amount. If the reservation is cancelled 3 days or less before arrival you will be charged the total amount.

What’s check-in time?
The check in time is by appointment 24 hours per day: it’s free from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm; it’s €20,00 from &:30 pm to 00 am; it costs €30,00 from 9 am to 10:30 am.

What’s check-out time?
The check-out time is at 10:30am if you book directly on our website the check out is at 12,30. If agreed during check-in, you can also check out later for an extracharge.

Can I leave my luggage?
No, we can’t look after your luggage after the check-out.

How does reception service works?
The receptionist will be at the facility from 10:30 to 13:30, from Monday to Saturday. For any request/need outside of those hours (or on Sunday) you can contact us (messages and Whatsapp) at the following number: +393936084019 or you can message us on our Facebook page.

Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed but you have to inform us about it. To bring your pet there is an additional cost of €30,00 per night.

Are Sheets and towels available in the room?
Yes, every room is equipped with all linen necessary for a comfortable stay.

Are bathroom accessories available?
Yes, every room is equipped with shower gel, body milk, hairdrayer and courtesy set.

Is there free Wi-fi?
Yes, Wi-Fi is free in each room.

 Is the Wi-Fi connection fast?
Yes, it is.

Do you offer transfer service to/from airport?
Yes.
There is a transfer service from and to airport (FCO/CIA or Termini Station), just please let us know your flight reference. A driver with black Mercedes-Benz will wait for your arrival at the exit, with a sign with your name on. The cost of this extra service is about €50,00 for 2 or 3 people and €80,00 from 4 to 8 people, to be paid in cash to the driver (just in case, you sould pay €5,00 more as extra charge for night service – from 8 pm to 8 am).

Are the rooms suitable for people with disabilities?
No they aren’t.

What floor is the facility?
The facility is on second floor of an historic building with elevator.

What languages does the facility staff speaks?
Our staff speaks italian, english, spanish and french.

Is parking available?
We do not have a parking structure inside the guest house.Nevertheless, street parking is available in the blue lines. The hourly rate is €1,00, the daily rate is €4,00; you can buy parking tickets at tabacco shop or at parking machines located on the street.

20. How do I reach you?
By Car
From the motorway A1 (Florence): exit Roma Nord, then at Settebagni proceed on Via Salaria to Porta Pinciana. Take Via Veneto to Piazza Barberini, continue on Via Quattro Fontane to the Esquiline square, turn right on Via Cavour and proceed for about 200 meters to the Guesthouse.
From the motorway A1 (Naples):exit Rome South, continue to the GRA direction “Casilina”. Take the exit “Casilina – centre direction” and continue to St. John. Then take via Merulana towards Santa Maria Maggiore, following the signs to Termini Station, turn in to Via Cavour until you reach the number 275 and thus The Roman Empire Guest House.

By Train
The GuestHouse is located very close to Roma Termini Station, about 15 minutes walking on a downward slope street. From the Train station, take Via Cavour to your left and proceed until you reach the GH. Otherwise, you can take a taxi or arrange a transfer with us. You can also take the metro and get off at the first stop “Cavour”, only few meters from the GH.

By Plane
From Rome Fiumicino Airport: take the bus “Terravision” or the train “Leonardo Express”. Both will take you to Termini station, from where you can reach the GuestHouse by a 15 minutes walking.
From Rome Ciampino Airport: take the shuttle bus to Via Marsala, near the Termini Station, and continue by foot, taxi or Metro line B Cavour stop.
The Roman Empire Guesthouse can reserve a car transfer for you, just contact us if you need it.
